Ethical Statement

QuantaSol is an ethical company and will use its best efforts to trade only with companies, partners and funders that support its ethical objectives.

An extract of the ethical mandate within the QuantaSol Articles of Association

No share may be issued, held or transferred to any person, company or organisation which:

1. directly manufactures or sells weapons or armaments; or
2. holds a directorship in a company whose sales revenue has more than 50% attributed to the manufacturing or selling of weapons or armaments; or
3. receives more than 50% of its funding from the manufacture or sale of weapons or armaments; or
4. engages directly in the manufacture of torture equipment or other equipment that is intended to be used in violations of basic human rights or holds a directorship in a company which manufactures torture equipment or other equipment that is intended to be used in violations of basic human rights; or
5. engages in violations of the basic human rights set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations
