In 2008 Victoria completed her PhD at the University of Nottingham, working on the Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth of III-V semiconductor materials. This included the growth and characterisation of dilute magnetic materials for spintronic applications and dilute nitride quantum well structures.
Victoria joined QuantaSol in October 2008 after spending 4 months working as a Research Associate at the University of Nottingham, continuing work on dilute magnetic quantum dot structures.
